AnswrX is a read-only observation instrument that monitors how third-party artificial intelligence systems reference, mention, or present brands and entities in their outputs.

AnswrX is a passive observer. The Service does not influence, alter, optimize, or manipulate AI system outputs in any way. We record what AI systems say. We do not control what they say.

By using AnswrX, you acknowledge that the Service provides diagnostic visibility into AI-generated content and does not constitute marketing services, SEO optimization, reputation management, or any form of active brand intervention.

2. Accuracy of Recording vs. Accuracy of Content

AnswrX guarantees the accuracy of our recording process. When we report that an AI system produced a specific output, that output was recorded exactly as delivered at the time of observation.

AnswrX does not guarantee or accept liability for the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of third-party AI content. We report what was said. We are not liable for what was said.

3. No Prediction Disclaimer

Visibility Grades, Risk Scores, and indicators reflect observed historical or current-state conditions only. They are not predictions and do not forecast revenue, traffic, valuation, or business outcomes.

AnswrX does not provide financial, investment, or business advice.

4. No Reliance

Decisions made using AnswrX data are your sole responsibility. The Service provides directional intelligence and does not replace professional judgment.

AnswrX disclaims liability for actions or outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

AnswrX monitors AI systems operated by third parties. Their availability, behavior, and consistency are outside our control.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by AI outages, API changes, retraining, access restrictions, or behavioral variance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your configurations and internal use of reports.

AnswrX owns all system-wide indices, comparative datasets, benchmarks, methodologies, and proprietary formats.

You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute AnswrX data to build competing products.

7. Diagnosis Only — No Remediation

AnswrX is not an SEO agency, marketing firm, or reputation management service. We report observed conditions. We do not fix them.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer methodology, automate scraping, resell data, or attempt to reconstruct proprietary systems.

9. Account Security and Access

Accounts are single-user. Credential sharing or unauthorized access may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Payment and Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable. You pay for access to the instrument, not outcomes or favorable visibility.

11. Termination for Cause

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or policy violations.

12. Beta and Experimental Features

Beta features are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

AnswrX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

15. Modifications to Terms

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnswrX is incorporated.
