AnswrX is a read-only visibility instrument that monitors how third-party artificial intelligence systems present brands and entities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

This policy applies to Personal Data associated with your account. It does not apply to publicly observable AI outputs about brands, which constitute market intelligence owned by AnswrX.

2. Definitions

Personal Data: Information that identifies you as an individual, such as email address, name, login credentials, billing information, and account activity.

Visibility Data: Information derived from observing third-party AI systems, including AI responses, brand mentions, visibility scores, competitive positioning, and historical trends. Visibility Data is aggregated market intelligence and is not Personal Data.

Configuration Data: Brands, categories, and markets you choose to monitor. This is treated as confidential business information.

Account information (email, login credentials)
Billing and payment records
Usage metadata (timestamps, session data)
Feature usage patterns

We do not collect sensitive personal information or third-party personal data about you.

4. How We Use Your Data

5. No-Training Guarantee

AnswrX does not use customer data to train AI models.

No configuration data is used for training
No interaction data is shared with model providers
No customer data feeds external AI systems

6. No Personal Data in AI Prompts

AnswrX never injects personally identifiable information into AI prompts. All queries are generic, market-level observations.

7. Visibility Data and Your Rights

Visibility Data is aggregated market intelligence and is not subject to individual deletion.

Upon account deletion:

Personal Data is removed
Configuration data is anonymized
Historical visibility trends remain aggregated

8. Data Retention

Personal Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of request, except where legal retention is required.

9. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We do not sell Personal Data. We use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, databases, and payments, all bound by strict data protection obligations.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. Lawful transfer mechanisms are used where required.
