Information We Collect: When you request The GEO/AEO Agency Playbook, apply to the AnswrX Agency Design Partner Program, or send a direct message to the founder on answrx.com, we collect the business contact and qualification details you choose to submit (such as your work email address, name, agency name, agency website, GEO/AEO status, optional agency profile selections, and basic campaign attribution parameters).
2. How We Use Your Information:
- Playbook Requests: To deliver the requested complimentary PDF link to your inbox and maintain delivery/security logs.
- Design Partner Applications: To review your agency's application, evaluate potential fit for design-partner discussions, and contact you regarding your submission.
- Optional Product Updates: We only send ongoing general AnswrX product launch or educational updates if you explicitly check the optional marketing consent box.
3. Website Analytics and Your Choice: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-oriented, cookieless traffic and page-performance statistics. We use Microsoft Clarity for optional heatmaps and session recordings only after you choose to allow behavior analytics. We mask submitted form fields, delivery email displays, and application confirmations in Clarity. You can change your preference using “Analytics choices” on either landing page. This choice is separate from consent to receive marketing emails.
4. Data Sharing & Confidentiality: We do not sell or rent your personal or agency contact information. We use reputable transactional email infrastructure (Resend) strictly to deliver requested emails and manage our contact records. Please do not submit confidential client data or credentials through public website forms.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion: You may opt out of optional updates or request complete deletion of your contact or application record at any time by replying directly to any email from contact@answrx.com.
