GDPR — Your Rights
Last updated: January 2026
Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data.
- The right to access your Personal Data
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to object to processing
- The right to withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us using the details below. We may require verification of identity before processing requests.
Scope of GDPR Rights
GDPR rights apply to your Personal Data — information that identifies you as an individual (email, name, login credentials, billing information).
GDPR rights do not apply to Visibility Data — the historical record of how AI systems mention brands. Visibility Data is public market intelligence, not Personal Data. It will not be deleted upon account deletion requests.
Upon account deletion:
- Your Personal Data will be removed within 30 days
- Historical visibility records remain in our anonymized market index
For full details on data collection, retention, and international transfers, see our Privacy Policy.
